A trademark attorney who’s actually built a brand.
Eleven years running an apparel company, one Cornell Law degree, and a firm built for founders who’d rather not learn USPTO class codes.
You’re in the right place if…
You’ve built something with a name worth protecting, and you want to keep it
You’re getting ready to launch and you want to do this right the first time
You just found out someone else is using your name and you don’t know what you can do about it
You're growing fast and you'd rather protect your name now than explain to your team why you're rebranding
You’ve been told to “just file it yourself” and something about that feels risky
You run an agency and you want to hand clients names they can safely own
If any of that sounds familiar, you’re exactly who I built this firm for.
How I got here.
I’m a trademark attorney who spent eleven years on the other side of the table.
While practicing law, I co-founded a women’s outdoor apparel brand and scaled it into more than 120 retail doors. I designed the line, sold it, and marketed it.
That decade taught me what a law degree can’t: how much of a business lives in its name, and how easily it’s lost. I watched founders get boxed out of markets and forced to rebrand right as they hit their stride. None of them saw it coming. When you’re building, the legal work always feels like something you’ll get to later.
The Leaguelle is where the lawyer and the founder meet. I know which decisions can wait and which can’t. I know what buyers and investors ask about first. And I know how to protect the right things before it costs you.
My job is to make sure the brand you’re building is legally yours.
